Acceptance of Terms (Forum)

By accessing or using the Family Matters app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of Family Matters and any user-generated content, interactive features, or services made available through our app. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Family Matters app.

User-Generated Content and Conduct

User-Generated Content: Users of Family Matters may submit, upload, or otherwise contribute content to the app (collectively, “Content”). By submitting Content, you certify that you have the right to distribute this content and that it does not violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others
Prohibited Content: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, including but not limited to content that is abusive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, or violates the privacy rights of others. The use of our app to promote such content is strictly prohibited.
Content Filtering: We employ methods to filter objectionable content from being posted on our app. However, Family Matters cannot review all content and does not guarantee the removal of all objectionable content.
Reporting Mechanism: Users can report objectionable content through the app or by contacting us at abuse@family-matters.com. Please provide detailed information about the objectionable content and where it can be found.
Blocking Mechanism: Users have the ability to block other users who are found to be abusive or engaging in objectionable conduct. This feature is designed to provide users with control over their interactions within the app.

Action on Objectionable Content

Family Matters is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. Upon receiving a report of objectionable content, we will:

Review the report within 24 hours.
Remove the objectionable content from the app.
Take appropriate action against the user who provided the offending content, up to and including permanent suspension from the app.

Terms of Use Agreement

By using Family Matters, you agree to abide by these Terms, which include not posting or transmitting objectionable content and respecting the rights of others. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in termination of your account and access to the app.
