Removing your Account & Data

To remove your account and data directly from the app, follow these simple steps:

Open the app and tap on the “More” tab.
Scroll down and select “DELETE ACCOUNT.”
Confirm your choice by tapping “DELETE ACCOUNT ” again.

Once you confirm, your account and personal data will be permanently removed, with the exception of joint chat messages. These messages will be retained as long as at least one participant in the chat room has an active account, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Please note:

This action cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, it’s gone for good.
