Victoria Westfall

Victoria Westfall has over twenty years of independent and corporate experience in mediation, employee development, and conflict management. She is a certified by the Minnesota Supreme Court as a qualified mediator and operates a successful mediation and career transition practice.

Victoria has been in private practice as a mediator for over nine years. Her experience is in divorce, parenting and business conflicts, which would normally be subject to contested litigation. Prior to that, she held several management positions with a major utility company.

Ms Westfall holds a B.S. in business administration. Her focus was labor relations and management. She has further education in divorce and civil mediation, tax preparation, and personal coaching.

Victoria is a member of the ADR Section of the Minnesota Bar, Association for Conflict Resolution, and Minnesota Association of Mediators.
