PATRICIA M. McGINNIS My experience in working with parents and children since 1974 gives me a unique perspective as a mediator and parenting time expeditor. In both roles I use my training as a teacher and my experience in family services to identify and implement parents' goals in providing a positive environment for the healthy growth and development of their children. Clients value and appreciate my belief in the effectiveness of a gender-balanced mediation team that includes an experienced male mediator. The fee includes both mediators. Former owner and director of a nationally accredited early childhood development center 1978 - 1999. Former Director/Family Services Coordinator of a collaborative - a partnership of two cities, a school district, and county social services, mental health, corrections and the public health department.Counties of Service: Dakota, Ramsey, Hennepin , Washington , Scott, Le Sueur, Rice and Sibley Fees and Meeting Sites: Our combined rate (for both mediators) is $180.00/hour.
