Our Mission

Helping families who face divorce or other conflict resolve disputes with respect and dignity.

Each member has pledged to:

- work toward solutions that preserve the dignity of the family

- work to resolve disputes in creative ways

- work toward cooperative solutions using court as a last resort

- place the needs of children first in all matters that involve children

- be sensitive to power imbalances and abuse histories in order to mitigate their impact on the process and outcome of dispute resolution

- be truthful in all matters

- treat all individuals with dignity, courtesy and respect

- strive to achieve the highest standards of competence in performing our professional duties

- abide by the letter of the law and the spirit of all applicable professional codes

- use cost effective processes in the resolution of family disputes

- participate in a satisfaction monitoring system, be accountable and responsive to feedback from clients and others

- participate in professional growth opportunities
